Decepcionante.

Precio muy caro para ser una habitación sin baño. La habitación olía a tabaco. El aspecto de la cocina lamentable, no teníamos que usarla pero ahí preparan los desayunos. Debería estar limpia . Lo mejor la ubicación.

De lo peor dormí en el coche porque no hay quien a

Muy mala llegue a las 23:45 de la noche y no había quien me abriera me tocó dormir con mi hijo y la mamá de el en el coche.....que asquerosos que porque no ley las condiciones .....cansado del día y cree que no pondré a leer ...???? ....ni se si me cobraron

Très bien situé. On peut aller en 15 minutes, à la gare, dans la vieillesse ville ou aux jardins Turia. Donne sur une rue bruyante mais tranquille entre minuit et 6h (plus ou moins). N’avons pas trop été incommodéss par le bruit. N’avons pas pris le Petit déjeuner. Moisissures dans la sale de bain.

Situe dans le centre de Valencia tout pres de toutes les comodites, cetait PERFECTO, Javier est tres sympa je recommande et nhesiterai pas a revenir si je pars a Valence a nouveau!

Would benefit from providing clear indications on how to find the building location as there are no indications on the street. Having staff on location would be helpful as I had to wait 30min for someone to show up

Great place. Location in near the heart of the city and the owner is around to help with questions you may have. Very friendly, clean rooms, shared bathroom was clean. Breakfast was great and good wifi.

Hostel a precio de hotel.

Es un hostel. Baño comartido, no lo especifica en español. Sin secador, no pude tomar ducha completa, no dispone de secador de pelo. No ofrece nada porque no funcionaba cafetera y no habia hervidor. Nos fuimos sin probar nada de lo supuestamente ofrecía. Portal en obras.

Basic, which is OK.

The BnB is nice, but basic. Very friendly and supportive staff, nice breakfast and good coffee, but..... When we were there, it was 30+ degrees Celcius in Valencia, dropping to 29 degrees in the night. Sleeping in a non-airco room with only a ceiling-ventilator is then becoming a challange. Opening the roomdoor and windows at front (street-side) is a noisy, but very minor solution to generate some extra cooling draft. If this BnB is solving the heat-issue during the night, it’s a very nice, still basic (which is OK) BnB relativly close to the center of the beautiful Valencia!

A recommended alternative to the typical hotel

We stayed two nights (Fri and Sat) at this B&B and it is very nice place to stay. Our room had twin beds, a small flatscreen TV, and a private bathroom that was just down the hall. The bathroom is very nice with a good shower and some storage if you need it. You can lock the bathroom when not in use. Our room faced the street but it was not very noisy. A big plus here is the breakfast that is offered for just 4.5 euros, which includes coffee, teas, bread and jams, some salami, a very tasty cereal and perhaps more. You cannot find a breakfast like this in Valencia at this price. I would recommend the breakfast. The other big plus here was our host (Ian, if I remember correctly) who is very nice and helpful. The major negative was our beds which were too soft for us. You really sink into the mattress and I feared that we would not sleep well. Despite the soft mattresses, we actually slept quite well but I would prefer a much firmer mattress. The location is quite close to the historic center (a 15 minute walk) and to the metro (station Alameda). There is also a bus line very close to the hotel that can take you to the City of Arts and Sciences. The price is reasonable, although a little expensive on Saturday night. All in all, I would recommend this B&B.

Great location, friendly host

From the time we arrived to the moment we left, the host was very friendly. He explained everything well and even helped me out with some printing I needed to do. The location is good, about 5 mins walk from the Colon metro and less from Alameda in the park. This means it's very easy to get to from both the airport and the main Renfe train station. Going the other way, it's only 5 minutes walk from St Patrick's bar where great beers can be had until the early hours, if needed. It's also near to the Mercado Colon for great food.

Centrale en gezellige B&B!

Het B&B ligt op een ideale locatie. 2min lopen van de metro en 5-10min lopen richting het centrum. Ontbijt is prima en goed verzorgd, kamers zijn gezellig en ruim. De vloer werd niet dagelijks schoon gemaakt waardoor deze op ten duur wel echt stoffig was geworden, dat was het enige minpunt.

Slechte B&B

In de eerste aanblik lijkt het een leuk, net B&B maar de badkamer (privé badkamer) was erg vies. Zwarte haren, schimmel en aangekoekt vuil. Nadat wij de eigenaar hadden gewezen op deze zaken is de badkamer wel schoongemaakt maar op de muren zaten nog haren en de schimmel op de vloer en douchekop was niet weg. De locatie is echter wel super maar weegt niet op tegen de staat van netheid van deze B&B. Helaas zijn mijn gemaakte foto's niet te uploaden als bewijs.

Centraal gelegen b&b met verrassende extra's

Aardige gastheer. Koek fruit koffie en thee gratis. Goede plek om de stad te verkennen. Metro, park, trein en bus vlakbij. Strand 1 uur lopen. Badkamer buiten je kamer. Steeds sleutel nodig. Aan drukke weg. Iedere nacht een vuilniswagen die de containers leeghaalt.
