Apartment all exterior with elevator, beachfront and promenade maritimode-pink mallow. Facing south-east, has 3 bedrooms, 1 with bed 150 x 190, one with 2 beds of 90 cm, and the other with 1 bed 90 x 190, plus large living room with balcony and outdoor kitchen with table breakfast. Community terrace overlooking the sea and the port of Valencia. Magnificent 3 lines of communication bus and 2 metro lines and a train. Without leaving the airport, the metro reaches almost to the door of the apartment (50 meters). Large parking area. At 50 meters from Burger King.

Family vacation

The location of this apartment is very convenient, walking distance to the beach and to public transport.This apartment needs a bathroom update and a better cleaning service overall. It lacks guest information related to the city and surroundings as well as some cleaning essentials.

Fin de semana en familia

Viajamos un fin de semana de principios de diciembre, con el buen tiempo que hacía en Valencia aprovechamos para compartir en familia, mis padres, mujer e hija, tuvimos la oportunidad de disfrutar de una estancia fenomenal. Dispone de tres habitaciones amplias, cada una con su armario empotrado, calefacción y buena vistas. El salón también amplio, con electrodomésticos vintage, la verdad poco los usamos, al estar todo el día fuera. La cocina, amplia, con todo lo necesario para preparar el desayuno o alguna comida. Lo mejor la ubicación, a escasos 300 m de la playa de la Malvarrosa, seguro que repetiremos.

Good location, could use a few things

Very easy access to public transportation and beach! Bedrooms are hot at night since the AC is in the living room. The master bedroom has thin walls and we could hear the neighbors very well, but it was pretty quiet at night. It’s the first time we have ever rented and not been supplied with a kitchen hand towel, oven mitts, or a sponge. I'd recommend the owner supply those items as they are quite standard. Overall a good place to stay with easy walking, a bit of an ocean view from a distance, and convenient location.

cafe and helados!

This is a nice property. It's clean and located well. There is a great coffee/pastry shop right next door, Gelatica, that was very handy, delicious pastries. The walk to the sea is 5-6 blocks. There are many eating options there. There are tram and bus stops nearby. We were there in late October so I can see from previous postings how warm the bedrooms would be during the summer. An air conditioner would cool the front room but not the rest of the apartment. Ceiling fans in those rooms would help. Wash rags and bath soap would be a nice touch. The security is good, it seemed a bit noisy during late nights, and with the open windows, you hear everything. It's a developing area and a good base for your stay. We enjoyed Valencia!

Ruim appartement op fantastische locatie bij Malvarossa!

Wederom een hele fijn verblijf in dit ruime appartement gehad: 5 minuten lopen van het heerlijke strand van Malvarossa. Je loopt zo naar alle restaurantjes van El Cabanyal. Wil je de stad in, dan kies je tussen bus of tram: beide stoppen om de hoek. Bonus: heerlijke ijswinkel / patisserie onder het appartement!

Ruim en net appartement op geweldige locatie vlakbij strand, restaurants en bars en tram

Het appartement is ruim, telt drie slaapkamers en is van alle gemakken voorzien. De locatie is perfect: op enkele minuten loopafstand van het strand en dicht bij leuke bars en restaurantjes. Onder het appartement is een geweldig ontbijt- en ijswinkel. Op zo'n tweehonderd meter bevindt zich de tramhalte om direct naar het centrum van Valencia te gaan. Perfect!

Very good location

Late checking in as property had not been cleaned and was not ready. Plenty of space and everything we required. Air conditioning only in lounge rest of the rooms were very hot. Very good kitchen with good cooker dish washer and washing machine. Comfortable bed and good shower. Very good location. Nice view from the kitchen shame the balcony was facing a building site.

Good home base

Decent place in great location. A bit noisy and AC only really works in the living room so hot at night. Check-in time is 5pm which isn't great but thankfully the people before us left early so we were abler to get in earlier.

Fantastic appartment, close to the Malvarossa beach and public transport

Spacious and clean appartment in a lively neighbourhood. It is only 3 minutes on foot away from Valencia's beautiful Malvarossa beach. Busses and tramway to go to the city centre stop only 100 meters from the appartment. Extra: a superb icecreamshop under the appartment. We will certainly go back!

Appartamento a 5 minuti dal mare

Ci siamo trovati benissimo nell’appartamento che è grande ( noi eravamo in 5 - 3 adulti e 2 ragazzi) completo di tutto quello che serve, luminoso. Unica pecca le persone del luogo che alle sette di mattina urlano in strada, quindi se siete mattinieri anche in vacanza è tutto ok. Valencia è una città splendida con tante cose da vedere e che si gira comodamente con i mezzi bus o metro.

Great Location, Clean and Comfortable

Great location to get around Valencia without renting a car. Close to the beach and metro system to get into the heart of the city. Valencia is a beautiful city to visit. If we return we would stay at this apartment. An earlier check in time would have been better 5pm was a long wait since we arrived at 11:30am.

Très agréable séjour

Nous avons passé une agréable semaine dans cet appartement. La magnifique plage de Malvarosa est à 4 ou 5 min de marche. Les sportifs pourront y marcher , courir ou pédaler le matin a la fraîche ou le soir quand la chaleur faiblit . Tous les lieux a voir à Valence sont accessible avec le bus situé a quelques mètres. La ligne 19 vous amène place de l'Ajuntamanto , le ticket est à 1,50 Euro, de la vous pouvez déambuler dans tout le vieux Valence, superbe ! Nous avons mangé des tapas de qualité et pas cher au petit bar à quelques mètres de l'appartement et trouvé un bon restaurant typique à 500 mètres ," Hermano Barberia". Si l'occasion se présente je reviendrai sans hésiter dans cet appartement.

Great location 2 blocks from beach

A good apt for close beach access (two blocks) and free plentiful parking in front of apt. Apt was clean and had the basics. We were able to get our laundry done, too- there are clothes pins in kitchen under sink and a clothes rack in the closet on porch for hanging out clothes for drying. It was an easy bus ride to the arts and sciences complex (Bus 19) and aquarium although we were four so it wasn't much more to take a cab back. The owners had olive oil, salt, pepper, sugar, and some coffee and tea to start in the cabinet which was great! The only complaint: people on the street were a little noisy at night- woke me up. Owner's son was on time to meet us and spoke English.

Appartement à Malva-Rosa pour le Réveillon 2016-2017

Avantages: l'appartement est propre et confortable. il est situé à proximité du Tramway T4 (Cadena) et du bus n°19 ( Reina Remunta). Il est pourvu d'un pack minimum mais agréable pour nettoyer et pour assurer le petit déjeuner le premier jour :) Inconvénients: Il est situé dans un quartier excentré et populaire. L' appartement est mal insonorisé car on entend beaucoup les voisins et les passants dans la rue, de plus il est faiblement équipé pour la cuisine et surtout non équipé de Lave Vaisselle ! Malgré la bonne volonté et la gentillesse du propriétaire, nous avons rencontrés des problèmes techniques liés au chauffe-eau capricieux qui nous a privé d'eau chaude les 2 premiers jours ! Pas évident de se doucher à l'eau froide et de faire la vaisselle à l'eau froide en hiver ...! :(

We would do it again...

Nice apartment, not far away from the beach. Everything you need for a holiday is there. Train and bus reachable within a few meters. Supermarket and restaurants just around the corner. Of course there are always things which could be better. We missed a dishwasher. But in the end the result counts an my family said: We would rent it again.
