"We were booked for 2 nights but ended up staying 3 because of some car issues. The staff were excellent with every interaction we had with them. Upon check-in he took the time to show us where everything we would need was on the property. Our first room was a bit small, but for our 3rd night our room was bigger and more comfortable. The bed was comfortable in both rooms. It was about a 10 minute walk downtown which we enjoyed doing each evening to go for dinner."

"Our favourite hotel when coming to Nelson. We love being able to reserve a private time for the hot tub. The hot tub has not been fully clean the last 2 times we visted. There was some sand on the seats plus bird poop. The rooms are unique and always very clean."

"This is an excellent hotel. The restaurant is fantastic. It is not cheap, but the food is worth it. You know it is outstanding when the locals drive out from Nelson to eat at the restaurant. The patio is great. The view is outstanding. Can't say enough good about this place. We are home now and I miss being there."
