This was a beautiful stay. Large, clean room. Lovely bathroom. Lovely breakfast. Very helpful and friendly staff. Very close to the acropolis, historical sites, metro station and local restaurants. Good service and attention to detail. Check-in wasn't good. Broken toilet paper dispenser was never fixed. Mini bar wasn't full when we arrived and you tried to charge us for stuff we didn't use. The elevators are not efficient. The signs for ingress, egress, and in and around the hotel need improvement. Otherwise, excellent.
