Fully restored rural house located in Tamargada, a place that enjoys great tranquility and a beautiful palm grove as a landscape. Easily accessible and paved, the house is distributed as follows: 2 bedrooms, bathroom on the large kitchen terrace, terrace, barbecue, garden. It also has a TV, DVD. Es gab KEIN Wohnzimmer, kein Sofa, nur 2 kleine Schlafzimmer mit je einem Bett und schlechten Matratzen. Wasserkocher defekt, kleiner Tisch mitten in einem kleinen Raum, dort war auch eine winzige Toilette mit einer wackeligen Schiebetür. Kleine Dusche und ex war auf der Terrasse. Bei kühlen Temperaturen kann man Terrasse nicht nutzen. Heizung gab es nicht, nur ein wackeliger Plasteheizkörper. Ganz dünne Decken bei 13 grad Außen Temperatur sehr unangenehm. Zusammenfassung: ich verstehe die hohe Bewertung nicht und auch nicht die Inselregierung, die die Erlaubnis gegeben hat. Ich bin keinen Luxus gewohnt und liebe Natur, aber das ging unter die Gürtellinie. Nie wieder

Hébergement et communication minimalistes. Un voisin nous a signalé que l’eau était non potable, ce qui n’était indiqué nulle part. Éclairage public toute la nuit sans occultation des fenêtres. Sombre, exposition nord. Gros points forts : calme, en pleine nature, très belle promenade directement à proximité de l’hébergement.

Wunderschönes Häuschen in atemberaubender Landschaft

Wir sind durch die Fähre relativ spät angekommen , doch die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter lief super. Warum sollte in Spanien jemand deutsch sprechen. Diese Bewertungen sind so anmaßend und kleinkariert. Das Haus ist in einer kleinen Gruppe von Feriendomizilen am Hang eines wunderschönen Tals. Wer gerne wie die Standarddeutschen in Bunkeranlagen an Touristenhotspots seinen Urlaub unter gleichsprachigen verbringen möchte darf hier nicht hin. Es ist herrlich ruhig. Nachts ist Stille. Im selbigen Tal ist man zu Fuß auf einem Pfad sehr zügig ans Meer gelaufen. Es gibt einen Grill auf der wunderschönen Terrasse , die sich wie ein Wohnzimmer mit Palmen anfühlt. Ein direkten Blick aufs Meer ist inklusive. Wer braucht da schon einen Fernseher. Die zwei Schlafzimmer sind sauber und die Betten bequem. Die Küche ist bestens ausgestattet. In 5 Minuten ist man mit dem Auto in Vallehermoso und kann alle Besorgungen machen die es bedarf. Oder man schnallt sich die Wanderschuhe unter und erreicht Vallehermoso über einen geilen Wanderweg vorbei am rocque cano in so ner Stunde. Sehr sehr zufrieden. Sehr sehr schöne Unterkunft. Wenn sich die Möglichkeit ergeben soll auf alle Fälle wieder dort !

Mittelmäßige Unterkunft in schöner Lage

Die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter war schwierig weil er ausschließlich Spanisch spricht, anders als er angegeben hat. Die Unterkunft war OK das man das Badezimmer nur über die Terrasse erreichen kann war so nicht zu sehen und hat etwas gestört, war aber OK. Die Betten waren leider sehr hart und unbequem was mir persönlich immer wichtig ist. Das WLAN war sehr schlecht, was an sich kein Problem wäre, aber man hat im und um das Haus absolut keinen Telefon Empfang...nichts. Ansonsten hat die Unterkunft gehalten was sie versprochen hat. Sauber ordentlich, in der Küche eigentlich alles Vorhanden... Kleiner Mangel ist die Beleuchtung in der Unterkunft, schreckliches Licht. Ansonsten war alles ok. Nachbarn waren sehr nett.

Lo único a apuntar es la falta de cobertura de teléfono y Internet. La casa tiene un router pero solo puedes coger alguna señal si estás a 10 cm del router , como te afastes un poco más, te quedas completamente alejado del mondo.

Rustic but Sufficient

At first sight this house was the unique rural cottage we had been looking for. There is a large covered veranda with a long picnic table that acts as the kitchen table. The interior is literally three small rooms: two bedrooms and a kitchen/living room. Which leaves the bathroom as another room off the veranda. We liked the idea of combining the outside with the inside but didn't really use the table very much. Being set in a steep valley and covered, it doesn't get a lot of direct sun. We found the interior a bit damp and could really benefit from a dehumidifier and some nights we found it a bit chilly. In the bathroom every morning we were greeted by a few curled up millapeeds but after a few days of washing them away we didn't see as many. The owners don't speak a word of English but we found them accommodating. They brought us wine and homemade bread : ) Overall this property was fine for our needs but grew a little tiresome after ten nights. It is probably more suited for a few days stay.There were no real problems other than some minor discomforts accompanied by a rural house.
