"This comfortable, well-appointed apartment is within easy walking distance to the cathedral and the historic center of Perigueux. With bedrooms and bathrooms on opposite ends, it would work well for a family or two couples. The apartment is quiet and very secure. We appreciated having a private parking place and direct access to the small park next to the cathedral. The street market in front of the cathedral was a treat. Isabelle was charming and very helpful. We highly recommend this apartment...

"Venus pour régler une affaire familiale, ce n'était pas des vacances mais la gentillesse et la disponibilité des propriétaires ont rendu notre séjour agréable. Appartement propre et bien équipé avec un jardin (pour le plaisir de notre chien) et une terrasse elle aussi bien équipée. Proche des commerce, au calme mais à deux pas du centre ville. "We had a fantastic week here. The location is perfect - right in the centre of the town so a great base. The only downside was that the apartment is at the top of the building so we had a lot of stairs to climb - there is no lift. We are both in our 60s and my partner has a heart condition so that wasn''t ideal and put us off going in and out as often as we would usually. Would suggest that the description needs amending. Other than that - 10/10."

"Just like the pics. Bed was comfortable. Centrally located. Outside location is just above a busy road with a lot of car traffic. No noise heard inside. Great sunsets. Washer probably needs to be refreshed as it was a little musty. Would stay again."

"Merci Joël pour ce séjour! Super extérieur, spacieux et agréable, ombragé avec jeux pour enfants, vraiment top. L'intérieur est bien équipé, seuls les piliers limitent la convivialité du salon. En période de canicule, nous avons trouvé dommage de ne pas avoir au moins un ventilateur, faute de climatisation. Joël est très agréable et sympathique, il nous a même mis des vélos à disposition."

"Wonderful location, beautiful panoramic views from terrace and livingl room. Fabrice provided a welcome bottle of his rose wine, nicely chilled. Local people made us very welcome. Just one thing. We would have found the property better had "Les Vignes" been included in the address."
