"The property was really well located beside the railway station, walking distance from all parts of the city centre. The place looked newly renovated, room was perfect with an immaculate bathroom. Finished to a good standard. I had a car, parking is in the railway station or free nearby, if you get there early enough! It has air con too but not needed when I stayed there. "

"This place cannot be beaten for location. The train station and the Piazzi Matteotti where you get most buses, including a few that take you to the beach, are within two minutes walk. Despite having to walk up many steps to get to your room, the airconditioning in the room more than makes up for it! The only negative thing is that we felt a bit cheated because we DID not get the free gift or the slippers as were advertised and WORST of all there was also NO coffee/tea maker as advertised in...

"Lovely spacious apartment on a quiet street just a few minutes walk to the train and bus station. Also only a few minutes walk to the busy bar and restaurants area of Cagliari. There's a supermarket just around the corner also. The kitchen has everything you need and the bed was very comfortable. Very stylish and clean apartment. We'll definitely book this apartment again for our next stay in Cagliari. "

Rooms are falling apart- resort is too big to manage by the staff they have at hand. the most difficult part is that they take away your car at the entrance and then you have to rely on a shuttle bus that runs only one in 30 minutes to get to you car or any other place in the resort - such as the beach; parking; food options; animal area."

If I were to change anything about this experience, it would have not been the rental itself—which was great—but rather the difficulty of dealing with Orbitz/Expedia with a minor issue that they could easily have solved with a little good will. Unfortunately, they did little to help."
