"We’ve just spent the most idyllic 5 days at Villa Pinna. The location is quiet and surrounded by superb views of mountains. The local village is quiet but had enough shops to get what we needed. The gelateria around the corner does fantastic gelato! The villa was spotless, everything was clean, the kitchen had all the utensils you’d need, the coffee percolator was a very welcome addition and the pool was excellent! "Tolles, gepflegtes, geräumiges, liebe- und geschmackvoll eingerichtetes Haus inmitten beinahe unberührter Natur .... irgendwo im nirgendwo :-). Die Fotos entsprechen absolut der Wahrheit! Die Vermieterin war in ganz besonderem Ausmaß daran interessiert, dass wir uns wohl fühlen und es an nichts fehlt. Sie war bei Fragen und Anliegen jederzeit erreichbar und wirklich außergewöhnlich hilfsbereit! Der Strand - mit dem Auto in 5 - 10 Minuten zu erreichen - traumhalft schön! Alles in allem:...

"The appartment is in a quiet neighborhood, which is embedded in the lovely hills of Poggio dei Pini. The garden is fenced makes it perfect if you travel with dogs. The appartment offfers plenty of space. The interior could use a little brush up, but overall it was clean and equipped sufficiently.."

Maison très grande, vraiment très bien équipée et très agreable avec une très grande terrasse, une grande cuisine, un local pour la machine à laver... grand jardin ombragé, accès à la propriété sécurisé par un portail automatique. Nous etions 9 adultes, notre sejour a été très agréable."

"Das Haus ist wirklich toll eingerichtet, super sauber und mit schönem Garten. Es fehlt an nichts, alle Zimmer klimatisiert, wunderschöne Veranda. Abseits der Massentouristen und in schöner und ruhiger Lage. Leider hatten wir über eine Woche kein warmes Wasser - die Vermieterin war jedoch steht’s bemüht das Problem zu lösen. Störend waren die Hunde in der Umgebung, welche bis tief in die Nacht gebellt und gejault haben. Wir haben uns hier wohlgefühlt und können das Haus absolut weiterempfehlen. "

"Sehr schöne Wohnung, extrem sauber bei der Ankunft. Check-In mit Giulia lief hervorragend, auch wenn wir deutlich früher angekommen sind als geplant. Ausstattung der Wohnung ist hochwertig, großer Kühlschrank mit großem Gefrierteil, sehr gut ausgestattete Küche. Anstelle der modernen Lavazza-Kaffeemaschine wäre uns eine einfache Filtermaschine lieber gewesen. Hilfreich wären auch noch Microwellengeschirr.
