"Great studio right in the centre of the old town! Walking distance to the lake, a selection of great restaurants and really well equipped. Perfect base for a solo traveller! Although worth noting given it’s an old building (expected given it’s the old town) that the walls are a little thin so you can hear the neighbours and the final staircase up to the studio is pretty narrow/steep so be careful if you have large luggage you may struggle getting up to it. "

It was spotlessly clean. The communications with the owner were first class, and they were incredibly helpful in letting us check-in early and check-out late so that we could squeeze in additional rides on our first and last day. "This quiet, comfortable Annecy apartment is within reasonable walking distance of lake, old town, groceries, shopping, and restaurants. The kitchen is very well equipped. Secure garage parking is available, but costs an additional 20 Euro per night. Also, the security deposit is made in cash, which we had not expected.The shower is adequate, although it drains slowly – just a head’s up! We were surprised by a puddle our first morning. Also, a small supply of dish washer and laundry detergent...
