The staff was lovely. The breakfast buffet was excellent. What a way to start the day! Beds were very comfortable. The only issue we had was with the pipes in the bathroom. There was a ghastly sewer smell coming uo. We closed all drains and covered them with thick towels and the smell was contained. I don't know if this was because of all the rain recently or a more seriousissue.

Amazing hotel in a very convenient location on Gran Vía. The room was modern, spacious, and clean. Good breakfast exactly what you need.
The hotel staff was the highlight of our stay, they went above and beyond to ensure we were comfortable and happy during our entire stay. Bárbara at the front desk was a total star—friendly, efficient, and incredibly helpful!
A special shoutout to Javier and Marina, who were absolute gems.
