"Very good hotel"

"My husband and I reserved the honeymoon suite and wow was it cool. A round room with a large tub with water jets, led lights that surround the tub and bed. Bed was a large king size and also round. The room had a great view of the bustling street facing the Vatican church entrance. Although it was a busy street we closed the windows and it was remarkably very quiet. The bathroom had a glass shower that had a view of the bedroom and inside of the bathroom. It was also the only hotel we stayed in that had a bidet. The room had robes and slippers for us both to use. It was nice to soak and relax in the tub after walking all day. My only wish was that the water got hotter. It was warm but I really like hot water. Paul who worked the front desk was extremely friendly and helpful when suggesting things to do and see in the city. I would stay at MDM Guest House again next time im in Rome. The closeness to the Vatican, restaurants and shops made the hotel easy to come rest when we got tired."

"Perfect location walkable around the hub of town. Helpful staff as well! The rooms were comfortable and cozy!"

"The staff made my stay!!! I lost my swim kit and they found it quickly without a lot of drama. I would return to this property based on their excellent service-whether housekeeping, reception, the bar-they are wonderful. The property is unique and one of the great buildings in Amsterdam. The architecture was fantastic. And the location worked well for this first time visitor-easy access to train station and trams. Loved Amsterdam!!!! Will return soon. Thanks for a great visit!"

"Comfortable, renovated, air conditioned hotel that is very close to the central train station. My room faced a light/air shaft and was very quiet, even though the street outside was full of bars and restaurants."
