Disliked: Cleanliness, staff & service, property conditions & facilities, room comfort

Gördüğüm en kötü otel

When we arrived at the hotel (at that time) they did not give us our reserved room And they also said "They have no relationship with HOTELS.COM at all" and pushed us out, so we had to stay in another hotel which was not at all convenient. Otele (ontime) vardığımızda bize ayrılmış odamızı vermediler Dediler ki: 'biz hiç HOTELS.COM ile herhangi bir ilişki yok' ve bizi itti, bu yüzden uygun olmayan başka bir otelde kalmak zorunda kaldı.
