This is a nice clean safe hotel with incredibly comfortable beds. There is a Denny's and a White spot just to the east for those who find the nearby Asian restaurants confusing and there are many of those establishments. Overall I had a nice stay.

Great location for walking distance to Royal Oak skytrain station for an event. Great updated rooms with comfortable beds and include a mini fridge and microwave. We stay here every time we're in town for a concert.
