Guest Access:

Guests have full access to the upper level of the home, including the open-concept living, dining, and kitchen areas, both upstairs bedrooms and bathrooms, the home office nook, the rooftop terrace, and driveway parking. The lower level of the property is a separate suite and is not included in this stay.

The pace here is relaxed and residential, with joggers, cyclists, and dog walkers filling the seaside path along English Bay. Nearby Jericho Beach and West Point Grey Village offer a laid-back coastal lifestyle, while the University of British Columbia and Kitsilano's lively shops and cafes are a short drive away.



Getting Around:

The home sits directly along Point Grey Road, with easy access to 4th Avenue and Alma Street, both key routes connecting to Kitsilano, UBC, and downtown Vancouver. A protected waterfront bike path runs right along the property, making cycling into the city simple and scenic. Public bus routes are available a short walk away on 4th Avenue, and downtown Vancouver is roughly a 15-20 minute drive depending on traffic.

• As much as we love furry friends, we’re unable to host pets at this home.

• Pack 'n Play and highchair are available upon request for $75 CAD each.
