- No smoking, vaping, or marijuana anywhere in the unit or building — non-adherence may result in a $1000 strata bylaw fine and cancellation without refund
- Quiet hours from 10:00 pm to 8:00 am
- Lost or unreturned fob may result in a replacement charge
- This building permits short term rentals and requires guests to sign a Form K (contact info and strata bylaw acknowledgements), this will be sent to you to complete before check-in.
