"The bed was large and comfortable. The only sink in the place was the bathroom so for someone who drinks a lot of water and stayed for a few days, it was less than ideal. My fault for not noticing that when I booked. The location is nice and close to town so walked there a couple times. I didn't check out the icecream shop but it looked yummy!"

"Nothing the property owner could help the areas just rundown and a little sketchy. For where it’s located it’s very quiet inside. I slept very well. I would take your own bedding the comforter had stains on it and all the decorative pillows were stained on the backside. Also there was hair in the sheets . All that said The price was right and for last-minute booking At least we had a place to stay. Over all I’m grateful. "

"We stayed 5 nights in this lovely house. Our stay was comfortable, quiet, and close to everything we needed. Xenia, Ohio is a beautiful place for an extended spring-time bike holiday. We brought our bikes from Wisconsin and rode every day along well marked, paved trails in the Little Miami River Valley. We especially loved the artwork throughout the house. "Very easy check in. Never met the host in person but we kept in touch via text. Hes very friendly and directions were very clear from him. House was very clean. There was enough towels and most importantly toilet paper provided . Even had soap and body wash in the 2 bathrooms. Parking in the garage was a bonus which made us feel safer not having to go outside to our car during the evening or in the rain. Upon arrival there was a basket of snacks, water and juice in the fridge all complimentary....
