"Our stay at Hills & Hues, Thekkady was an awesome experience. Nestled amidst the lush greenery of the Western Ghats, the property offers breathtaking views that can be enjoyed right from the rooms. Waking up to mist-covered hills and panoramic landscapes each morning was both relaxing and rejuvenating. The staff deserve special recognition for their warm hospitality, friendliness, and attentiveness. From the moment we arrived, they made us feel welcome and went out of their way to ensure our stay was comfortable and enjoyable. Their courteous service added greatly to the overall experience. The resort also offered a variety of well-organized activities that cater to guests of different interests, making it easy to unwind without having to leave the property. Whether enjoying the facilities, exploring the surroundings, or simply taking in the stunning views, there was always something to do. The food, ambiance, and overall upkeep of the resort were excellent, creating a memorable and relaxing getaway. The only drawback we found was the layout of the property. Since the rooms are situated along a steep slope, accessing the main restaurant and common areas was challenging, particularly for guests over 60 years of age. Overall, Hills & Hues offers a beautiful blend of luxury, nature, and hospitality. Despite the challenge posed by the steep terrain, our experience was exceptional, and we left with wonderful memories of our time in Thekkady."

"All good but there was a confusion about breakfast. Hotel staff told me that breakfast was not included but when I booked it clearly says breakfast included. Someone the hotel.com communication with Grand hotel did not mention about free breakfast. This caused confusion and time. When sending communication to the hotel please mention about breakfast is included. This will help the process. Please clarify why this confusion. "
