Located about .5 hour from towns,beachs, parks.... There is onsite parking. The property was completely renovated 2016 and I mean everything. King room is spacious by any standard with a beautifully appointed bathroom and separate dressing room.Outdoor space has options for shade, sun, lounge. Picnic pack, spa, sauna, and dinner...

"We had a fabulous one night stay as a family at the end of August. The owner was very welcoming and patient with my rusty French! Accommodation was very spacious and clean and it was lovely to sit outside in the evening sun listening to the animals. My daughter particularly liked the cute guinea pigs! We ate in the restaurant for dinner which was delicious and breakfast was included. A great place to stay for visiting the Marais Poitevin! "

"The owner and his wife were very kind and attentive. We arrived late and the husband (and their very friendly dog) was there to meet us. He helped carry our bags, showed us around our rooms (we had 2 of them) and then brought us a tray of wine and snacks. He then asked what time we wanted breakfast the next morning. "We stayed for one night at this property. Great location with free parking close by. A good base for exploring La Rochelle. Would stay again but mattress not very comfortable and first hotel I have ever stayed in where they ask you to take your rubbish out yourself. It served a purpose and the bottles of water and sweets were a nice touch. "

"We had a lovely stay here. The reception staff were really welcoming and helpful. I was a bit surprised because the room picture was of twin beds with space between, but it was made up as a double. I was travelling with my son, so ended up sleeping on the sofa bed, which was easy to pull out, had a bottom sheet already on and additional pillows etc were in the cupboard. The wall cupboards weee tricky for me, as I’m only 5’1” tall!! Fortunately my son is 6’ tall and was willing to reach things...
