"The pool area is in need of some upkeep. The hot tub did not work properly. Our room was sooo hot that it wasnt comfortable to sleep and we were unable to adjust the temp. The staff was amazing and everything was clean."

"The loction was great and the room was clean,but only 1 of 3 elevators was working.Being on the 15th floor that was a big inconveinience.They didn’t even put a sign on one.The hot tub was nlt much warmer than the pool,for sure colder than an average bath,and the jets were so strong the water from the hot tub was being thrown into the pool.The mens change room was closed becuase the toilet wasn’t working.Could have at least let them use it as a change room.I had a ma bring his daughter into the womens change room to use the bathroom,thank God I opted to change in the bathroom stall and not just in the room itself.Overall not worrh the money I spent to have access to a hot tub.I could have gotten a way less expensive room elsewhere that was just as clean.Do not recommend."

"The suite was very small, the tv didn’t work and did not get fixed during our stay. The breakfast was sub par at best."
