"Carla's house was nice, clean and had all the amenities we needed. We stayed there in wintertime, so we didn't use the yard, but it is an absolutely lovely space. The house is close to the street, albeit a quiet one, but it is well insulated and soundproofed and we never had any trouble sleeping. This was our base for visiting family while working remotely, so we needed a fully functional kitchen and a stable internet connection and were not disappointed."

We are from Finland, so really appreciated the Harvia sauna!😅 Solar heated pool was not warm this time due to uncharacteristically cold weather lately, but it is a very good size and the shallow end is also suitable for children."

"Die Unterkunft war sauber und der Gastgeber sehr freundlich. Hingegen der Beschreibung gab es keinen Fernseher und kein Warmwasser(zumindest nicht so wie es uns erklärt wurde) ...absolut unterirdische Verhältnisse. Die Heizung funktionierte nicht. Die Betten waren wie in einer Jugendherberge sehr unbequem und viel zu klein für ausgewachsene Menschen. Es gab keine Küche und auch keinen kleinen Kühlschrank im Zimmer. Dafür dass man sich selbst verpflegen muss sollte ein Kühlschrank vorhanden...

"Zunächst einmal vorab, die Kommunikation mit Patrizia in englischer Sprache per Whats-App war sehr gut, Patrizia hat sich immer sofort gemeldet. Zur Anreise: Der 100 Meter lange Schotterweg war kein Problem, allerdings sollte dieser Weg unbedingt geebnet werden. Zum Haus: Im Erdgeschoss überall Moskitonetze, typisch italienische Einrichtung mit relativ guten Betten und Matratzen. Es gibt 2 Klimaanlagen die sehr gut funktioniert haben. Das Wohnzimmer sollte unbedingt neu gestrichen werden, die...

"They first unit we were in was across the hall from a unit that was being remodeled. The noise was awful. The rental company came, saw it was not good, and moved us to another unit in another building, which was frankly, nicer, too. Better equipped and better furniture. "Eine schöne Anlage mit schönem Gemeinschaftspool und Garten , Leider war das Haus in einem schlechten Zustand: sehr dreckig ,Matratzen durchgelegen ,altes ,abgewohntes Inventar. Für den hohen Mietpreis darf man schon ein bisschen mehr erwarten."
