"This is an imposing looking hotel with nice surroundings & good parking facilities considering it is near the airport.
However, inside it is rather tired.
Our room was adequate but the tea & coffee making facility was awful; paper cups.... in a 4 star hotel.......seriously! plus no spoon, just a wooden stick.....again poor for a 4 star hotel.
We had to ask for milk from reception & the tea bag selection was green ,chamomile or mint,no ordinary tea bags provided.
The shower was little more than a dribble; all it probably needs is the shower head replacing.
The buffet breakfast area is very small meaning everyone is on top of each other trying to help themselves which is crazy considering the actual dining room is large.
The coffee was good & hot.
Overall rather disappointing."
