"We chose the hotel because of its good rating (>8), but this is not at all true to the current state. The rooms had the basics, but were not clean (except for the sheets), borderlining dirty also in the washrooms, and with no toilet paper. We found /got rid of two cockroaches. It was noisy in the night and in the morning since windows faced a back alley. "I had very bad experience with the check inn, I have been allotted a downgraded room and they did not even bother to apologise. I demanded a compensation but they thought iam begging, so sad. I paid full room rent with extra bed with Expedia but it did not reflect there Had a tough time But the property is really amazing. I wish I could have been tested better"
