"The staff person who checked us in the first day was really not kind or helpful (we were there for a wedding and my husband's shirt got wrinkled in transit... we asked where we could an iron or a laundromat and she said no way, but there is literally a laundromat 500 feet away). There was a used shampoo bottle in the shower. We absolutely could not figure out how to turn on the AC and the room looked like it was from the 1950s. Stay somewhere else."

"The room was at the end of the hotel, set by itself with a sign that said Hotiday Room Collection. The room was dated and needed some upgrading. We had to pay for parking, even though they had their own parking lot. There were restaurants within walking distance. We did not get the breakfast. "

"Interesting location in a new area by the cruise port, easily walkable to the old town and surrounding area. Good size room and decent amenities."

Lots of room for 6 adults, great to have 3 double bedrooms all en-suite, lovely garden and pool area.Excellent communication from Ginevra and the owners, a couple of little issues sorted out immediately which was much appreciated.
