"This was a very nice little stay for my family of 5. We got in REALLY late and had issues opening the door. I called and got an answer right away. The wifi puck wouldn't hold a charge, so the wifi was spotty but other than that it was perfect. I should mention that I didn't call or email about the wifi so I can't speak to their responsivness on that. I assume it would have been fixed if I'd reached out. It just wasn't that important to me. The AC is AMAZING! I will book again when I come back...

"Very friendly owners! We had a good time in the apartment. It was at first not entirely clear to us that it was the upper floor, but it was okay. We had a beautiful view over Noli and the sea. Rooms were fine, but the furniture was outdated. We had a pleasant stay with our 3 kids."

"Loved this place but wish I had known it was 97 steps up a narrow staircase with no lift. Being on my own trying to get my suitcase up was a nightmare on an extremely hot day. "We stayed here for a couple of days prior to our cruise, and it was a great location for that. Check in was easy, although finding the door again can be tricky, look for the sign. One thing to note is that there is not a living/sitting room, we just sat around the dining table and chatted. Rooms are good sized ant the beds are comfortable. Better than a hotel room for a few nights, we'd stay there again."

"Old Genoa apartment is a fantastic place to stay, located in the UNESCO Listed Old Town, it's close to everything, except the new town. Walk to the train, the harbour, cafes & restaurants, funiculars pretty much anywhere of note that you'd like to go. There are 2 flights of stairs though which aren't mentioned, we are in our 60's and had 2 x 25kg cases to lift but managed it. "This was a proper ‘old school’ posh hotel where what you’d expect to get, you got! Right from walking through the wrong door the reception saw that our bags were taken to our room no problem and then the restaurant manager bent over backwards as we were only arriving as the restaurant was meant to close. The room was of course upgraded as they figured we’d been travelling as we arrived at 10pm and was perfect! We didn’t stay for breakfast which was a real pity as we overstayed ourselves in the super comfy bed for an extra half an hour!"

"Great location from a public transport perspect - 10 minutes to subway . While the facade is not very welcoming once in yoy are presented with a modern hotel . Great staff who were helpful and accomodating . Others have stated that parking is a challenge but we did not have any issues and found a roomy parking spot for our stn wagon. "
