"This hotel was beautiful, and the staff were super friendly and helpful! It was a beautiful location and super close to everything that we wanted to do! The only issue we had was how loud it was at night when we were trying to go to bed. We could hear everything That was going on outside or at the bar above us."

"Good service and attention to detail. Check-in wasn't good. Broken toilet paper dispenser was never fixed. Mini bar wasn't full when we arrived and you tried to charge us for stuff we didn't use. The elevators are not efficient. The signs for ingress, egress, and in and around the hotel need improvement. Otherwise, excellent."
