From the moment we arrived, everyone was incredibly kind, friendly, welcoming, and helpful. Your hospitality truly made us feel special and comfortable. The spa facilities are absolutely amazing! Everything is exceptionally clean and well-maintained, including the saunas and pools. The massage services were excellent, and our room was spotless, cozy, comfortable, and beautifully designed. The food was outstanding! Both breakfast and dinner exceeded our expectations. We also truly appreciated the professional and convenient bicycle rental service. One of the things we loved most about BIRGÉS Hotel is the atmosphere. Although the hotel is luxurious, elegant, and beautifully designed, it never makes guests feel that they need to be wealthy or pretend to be someone they are not. We could simply be ourselves, relax, and enjoy everything in a warm, welcoming, and respectful environment. To us, that is what true luxury and exceptional hospitality are all about. "Our stay in this lovely new hotel was perfect. The room was lovely and spacious, comfortable bed . The staff were really friendly and helpful and breakfast was amazing.Spa was a bonus."

"This is a very nice hotel if you’re traveling to this city, the location is really good. Our room was very spacious. Their conditioning is not that great breakfast is really good. The hotel is very clean. Parking and shopping is very convenient so that you can just park your car and go and visit all the beautiful things to see in the city."

"We really enjoyed our time at this property, thank you. I think there is great value overall. The balcony was really relaxing and our room was spacious. The grounds are really well kept and there are lots of seating and room for guests to enjoy. We really appreciated the small bathtub put in our room for our baby. Very nice attention to detail. We also enjoyed the wine tasting. The sommelier was very knowledgeable and it’s a nice touch to not only try wines from the area but also to mingle with others. If I’m being honest, my husband and I felt the food is overpriced. We had lunch once and dinner once for two which totaled over $220 with no alcohol (the dinner price is fixed and lunch consisted of chicken tenders, a sandwich and fries). Dinner is a buffet and à la carte combo. I may be the minority here but the buffet food and aspect cheapened the costly dinner experience as we felt the à la carte part was the tastiest and freshest. Would’ve rather had the ordering menu and had a glass of wine included in the price. The cost of the food and the cost of the room was just a bit odd to us."

"It’s a holiday hotel and it was off peak season so we could see only this hotel operating in that area .. wonderful and helpful staff. Good breakfast . Rooms are OK, ACs not working properly and we changed a room of the two still the AC had issues. Sure they will fix it before next season. Overall great location , wonderful staff and area was closely by to many restaurants etc"

"Family with one teenager, from the UK. We were super impressed with this hotel. We don't speak Hungarian, but we were made so welcome, particularly by the reception staff, who responded to requests for kettles, an iron, and numerous other things. We were pleasantly surprised by the number of sunbeds and the variety of food at breakfast and dinner. It was such a relaxing stay — we absolutely loved it!"

"Great staff helpful. The property is a high floor with good Aircon & views of the lake. Bus routes and taxis are close. The property has its own access to the lake. There are general shops near by, but expenses by the campsite A good property with excellent staff"

"Room was clean and the property grounds were maintained. Our balcony had too many cobwebs to feel comfortable sitting there. The staff was nice. Especially helpful was one of the front desk staff in arranging a driver for us. Unfortunately, I didn’t see a name tag."
