Sultan in the restaurant is an absolute legend. He provided top tier service and tourist recommendations in the city. I can’t believe he is only 21. He is beyond his years in professionalism and maturity level. Room service was also great, cleaning, unlimited bottles of water, easy check in and check out. Great price in the hotel and convenient for me right next to the airport because the traffic in Mumbai is mad!! Thy gym also super clean, modern with plenty for a great workout!"
