"Check-in process slow - took half an hour to get checked in and we were the only customers. Very unfriendly staff, especially on the front desk. Room was dirty with stains on the sheets. The toilet in one of our rooms didn’t flush. The air conditioning unit was so loud that we had to switch it off and it then made a clanking sound as if there was an animal inside it. Hot stuffy room - filthy windows. No towels, soap or tea/coffee (there was a kettle). We asked for bottled water and they...
