Find Hotel with a Concierge in Vatican

"We really enjoyed our stay here. The staff were great, especially Ricardo and Ettore (I hope I spelled that right? He works at the front desk) everyone was very friendly, the continental breakfast was expansive and included a lot of food for 15 euros each and we actually found that we preferred the restaurant food at the hotel far more than many of the restaurants we tried in the city and it's much less expensive. The only problem we had was the king bed. It was extremely worn and I ended up having to use our air mattress for my husband because after one night, he couldn't walk and my back was in a lot of pain as well. Definitely need to upgrade the mattress but overall our stay with a family of 4 in the loft room was exceptional. The hotel was clean, the bathroom had great water pressure, it was a 2 minute walk to the Vatican entrance, lots of shopping, food and gelato nearby. "

"The staff were excellent, very helpful & friendly. One of our party had their bag lost by British Airways & staff made calls for us to airline (in Italian). No bag but their effort very appreciated. Hotel in great location for historical sights."

"We certainly enjoyed our stay at the Hotel Museum. If you are looking for a luxury stay this is not it but if you are looking for a clean, comfortable, reasonably priced hotel with very friendly staff this is the place. You can’t beat the location as it literally minutes to the Vatican. There are lots of restaraunts, bars etc in the area as well. Breakfast was pretty basic but sufficient. Even getting to the other attractions in Rome was easy, just ask the front desk to arrange a cab and it will cost 16-20 Euros to any of the sites. The Metro station is only minutes away as well. All in all we highly recommend this facility."

"This property was perfect for my recent trip to Rome for a conference. It is about a 10 minute walk to the Vatican, and the same to the Metro station. It's certainly not the fanciest property I've stayed at, but it's clean, the staff is great, and the breakfast each morning was excellent. I'd definitely return!"

"When you walk in you are welcomed from the very minute you arrive to the very second you leave. The staff are so, so, so lovely. They can’t do enough to help you. Every step you take there is someone there helping you from booking a taxis, booking tours, making you feel welcome and relaxed. "We stayed at the Hotel Isa in May. We enjoyed it very much with a great area on the roof for the evening to relax. It is between the 2 big sites and there is much less traffic and congestion. Breakfast was amazing. I would definitely stay here again. "
