"Ticked all our boxes for a city centre hotel. Staff always welcoming and attentive. Room was clean and well maintained. Some amazing artwork in the common areas. And breakfast was amazing up on the roof."

"From the moment we arrived at Starhotels Michelangelo, we felt genuinely welcomed. As we pulled up to the entrance, the bellman kindly allowed us to park right in front of the hotel, which was a huge relief considering how busy and limited the parking is in the area. This small gesture immediately set the tone for the rest of our stay. As we stepped into the elegant lobby, we were greeted warmly by several front desk representatives, but we must give a special shoutout to Maria T., the concierge. Maria went above and beyond to ensure we were well taken care of. Not only did she personally escort us to our room, but she also explained all the hotel amenities in detail, including breakfast information, with such warmth and professionalism. Our room was beautiful, spotless, and incredibly comfortable ~ with a lovely balcony view and, to our left, the breathtaking dome of St. Peter’s Basilica. Every aspect of the hotel exudes quality and care. The elevators were quick, the beds and pillows plush and relaxing, and the entire staff ~ from bellmen to front desk to restaurant team ~ were consistently attentive and eager to help. It’s rare to see such across-the-board excellence in hospitality, but this team truly impressed us. We will absolutely be returning to Starhotels Michelangelo. If you’re visiting Vatican City, there is no better place to stay. Grazie mille to the entire team for making our trip so memorable!"

"Luxury on the River is located in walking distance to Piazza Del Popolo, the Spanish Steps, and Vatican City. A great location, a super clean facility, friendly staff, and the room was very comfortable and cozy. Luxury on the River is also in walking distance to breakfast places and a Carrefour Express. This venue is definitely recommendable!!! "

"The NH Collection Roma Giustiniano consistently exceeded our expectations. From the moment we arrived, the staff was incredibly friendly and attentive, specially Alessia (front desk) and Saadia (restaurant). Alessia was super nice and provided the best in class customer service. Our room was spacious, beautifully designed, and clean. The breakfast buffet was a delightful start to our day. This hotel is a great experience, and we highly recommend it. The only thing we did not like was that the AC is centralized controlled and it felt warm inside the room without the option to adjust the AC to the desirable temperature. "
