Charming tuffeau stone house located in a wine-growing village in the Saumur region and its troglodyte dwellings. Ideal for a romantic getaway, you'll be 5 minutes from the Château de Montreuil Bellay, 10 minutes from Doué-la-Fontaine, and 25 minutes from Fontevraud Abbey. Your stay includes visits to wineries, strolls through the villages along the Loire River (Montsoreau, Turquant, etc.), and a discovery of the troglodyte dwellings.

The cottage is spread over two levels:
- Ground floor: living room with sofa bed (extra 160cm bed), wood-burning stove (wood provided), and large television (numerous channels, Netflix, etc.), equipped kitchen (induction hob, refrigerator/freezer, dishwasher, oven/microwave combination, etc.), and dining area. - Upstairs: 23m² mezzanine bedroom with a king-size bed (180x200cm) leading to the bathroom (walk-in shower, vanity unit, hairdryer) and a separate toilet.

Outside: Private terrace with garden furniture and barbecue. Access to the cottage is via a shared entrance with the neighbors.

Grocery store with bread is a 400m walk from the cottage. Shops and supermarket are 5km away. Fiber optic Wi-Fi internet connection. Beds made upon arrival and towels provided. End-of-stay cleaning is available at an additional cost (€45). Parking is available in front of the cottage. No washing machine in the cottage, but a laundromat is 6km away.
