Famous Surf Beach Playa😀Negra and Junquiall's Turtle Sanctuary is just a 5 min drive. ❤️ Private secured parking. Private Security. This beautiful home features a King ensuite bedroom with private large shower. Two additional Queen bedrooms, sharing a spacious shared bathroom - private work space, AC, Heat, in ground swimming pool with additional outdoor shower and Star Gazing backyard area. Nature abounds with Birds, Monkeys, Goats (Cabras), beautiful reptiles, and insects. It's not uncommon to see wild graceful horses, grazing the nearby road for a snack. Perfect for a family, romantic getaway, remote working, or a life changing retreat space. Adorned with cultural art from famous local artists, yoga mats, work out stretch bands & light hand weights are there for your use. Swimming Pool has noodle toys, sun loungers, hammocks, and a Tree Swing! Please "be kind and leave behind", what you use in good shape and clean. Amenities are: AC, Heat, fast high speed WiFi, in-ground Swimming Pool, very nearby Beaches, Secured Parking with Cameras and Gate Security, Washer & Dryer, one Flat Screen TV, Hammocks, a Tree Swing & Star Gazing area. A Boogie Board, & a Snorkel Kit, Beach Towels and “easy to pull” beach carts. Microwave, Stove Top, Small Counter Oven Toaster Combo, Blender and Cappaciano and coffee Machine. Cooking Essentials, Rice Maker, anything you need. Outside Dining & BBQ Grill, Washer & Dryer, (no dish washer - common in CR), So! Leave the car behind! Walk, Relax and Unwind. Get up for an early sunrise and walk quietly to hear the Howler Monkeys and Bird Song communication. Enjoy Cabra visits, but do not allow them in the yard! Enjoy passing monkey troupes right through our front yard trees, often at 2:30pm, (but can't gauranty, as monkeys move in troops all over.) Please do not feed the wildlife. It’s not good for their intestinal systems. NO smoking in or around the home at anytime. A $250 fee if smoke odor is left in home for removal, or a neighboring complaint.
Our area is home to over 15 fabulous restaurants, many with live acoustic music in the evenings, while you watch the sunset. Avenallas is just an 8 min drive for Friday Night Artisan nights, with Food Stations for a more active evening, with live music or DJ, and Artisans selling their talents. Groceries are very close by. Golf? Pinilla has an 18 hole Champion Course just 15 minutes away. Deep Sea Fishing just 8 minutes, Zip Lining, Horseback beach riding, waterfall adventures, ATVing, and hikes, scatter the area near and far. Or ….visit popular Corazon Cafe! Hip, cool, place with a unique coffee vibe, that serves dinner outside at night as "Zaguartes." Or, make a reservation at the very popular sheek new, "Myecelium" restaurant. Or catch live accoustic music talents at the "Tides Beach Front Resort"....definitely our favorite hang out. Not enough days to explore CR in one week, however, always a great reason to return!! Or book 2-3 weeks at a time. The Guanacaste Region is considered the more dyer zone, but at the end of Rainy Season (early November) it is bursting with Nature, Green, Wildlife, Tropical Birds of all kinds, and Magnificient Flora. Maximum guests, 7 people. No outside guests not on contract. Adventurous? Head up to La Leonna Falls for a day adventure and add tubing, or an early start can have you at the Gates of Rio Celeste in 2 Hours by car, or La Fortuna and Lake Arenal Volcano in 2.5 Hours. Marbella's mystical Black Sand Beach is 30 minutes or Nosara in 90 minutes ...depending on Road conditions. So much to see and do in the Blue Zone of Costa Rica. Pura Vida!
