This holiday home is idyllically located on a small, dead-end gravel road in Rågeleje with a child-friendly sandy beach and fantastic nature within walking distance. Only 150 meters from the house is the protected and beautiful forest and nature area "Rågegården", where there is also a lake. The road to the beach leads through this special area. The summer house is on a 1250 m² plot with lawn and tall trees at the back of the garden. The house has 1 bedroom with a double bed (140 x 200 cm.) and 2 sleeping places in a bunk bed (2 x 90 x 190 cm.) in extension of the dining room .



The house was completely renovated in 2022 with, among other things, new windows and new kitchen. On the good terrace areas you can enjoy the summer and in the garden there are plenty of opportunities for play and games.

On a cold autumn or winter evening, the cozy house invites you to relax and spend quality time in front of the crackling wood stove.



The holiday home is equipped with 1 energy-saving air to air heat pump and there is an electric radiator in the bedroom.



It is only 700 m to the fantastic bathing beach, which in the summer is decorated with the characteristic, striped bathing houses. The nearest shop is located at a distance of 1100 m.
