"The hotel was lovely, helpful and clean but the room was so hot! We couldn’t sleep with the window open for the noise and there was no air conditioning. We booked this hotel because it said they had air conditioning!"

"I stayed here for 3 nights on a work trip. The room was fantastic, spacious with a mini kitchenette. Very handy. Bed was really comfortable to sleep in and there was a nice sized table to sit at in the evening. Staff at reception were fantastic!!
However, it's MASSIVELY confusing when you first arrive because nowhere on Hotels.com does it tell you that the Kirk Suites are part of the Zsleep hotel adjoining them. So when you're looking for the Kirk Suites reception, there isn't one!! You can't check in online on the machines in the foyer with a Hotels.com reference number, it doesn't recognise it. And there is tiny sign that says there is a reception on the 11th floor of the Zsleep hotel. Hugely confusing, please put something about this in the hotel info."
