This was a last minute decision and it was great. If you want A/C this isnt the place but they offer fans and that was comfortable enough for me. Location to everything is perfect. Food, shopping, entertainment, family activities. Ideal if you want to explore without traveling to far from the hotel. Even other locations like billund, Kolding, Jelling are all a short bus ride. My room was clean and didnt have to worry about anything. The staff were amazing. The girls at check in were fantastic they helped me with any questions i had from places to go or places to eat. I would recommend this place for solo traveling for sure. I couldn't have asked for a better experience.

Single room and a little bit small. Staff were wonderful though and helped a lot with parking and local knowledge: Hotel would be good for a short stay IMHO.

Very fine staff and a good price. Room was spacious. No air conditioning but they got us a fan. Breakfast only OK compared with other hotels in Scandinavia. Kudos to the desk staff—very pleasant and helpful.

Good room, no aircon’.

The room was nice with two shower rooms and good beds. Staff were friendly, and the breakfast was OK. The lack of air conditioning and only one window to open lead to an uncomfortably warm night.

Parking misleading, and when i parked as told & went to pay, i got back with the receipt to display and had been fined by a parking officer. He had to be watching until i was out of sight as he booked me 2 minutes after i left it. I understood there was 15 minutes grace/ free parking. So my 2nd day ever in Denmark, first day driving and i have a fine. Hotel just said sorry, they NEED to change their instructions. You cannot park on side of road anywhere near hotel to load & offload, jhowever briefly. As a solo traveller i didnt have someone to seek information whilst i waited with the car
