"Good hotel. "

"While in Europe we stayed at 8 different places and this one ranked as one of our worst stays next to the red light district in Hamburg Germany. I would not suggest staying here if you need heat. They only allow 10 units of electricity, and the cabin was not on when we got there. We ended up closing the toilet room door, closing all the blinds and only used the hot plate for a few minutes to heat up soup and used the heat all night. We never turned a light on or charged any electronics etc and used 9.8 units by morning. They are very much a money grab establishment. They had every last cleaning item listed and how much it would cost you if you didn’t do it properly. However it felt as if we were cleaning the winter dust off the place for them. This may be a great place in warmer months when electricity is not needed but being cold all night was not ideal. The worst was no heat in the toilet room and almost freezing temps outside so that seat was cold!!!!!"

"Single room and a little bit small. Staff were wonderful though and helped a lot with parking and local knowledge: Hotel would be good for a short stay IMHO. "

"The UNESCO World Heritage in Jelling is just 3-4 minutes drive from this cozy inn. We enjoyed one night stay in quiet idyllic surroundings. Free parking space is just outside the door of each guest room and very convenient to unload and load baggage. The room is spacious. Although food selection at breakfast is somewhat limited, everything is good, especially very tasty warm sourdough bread. "
