"The owners are very nice and helpful. The room was clean and cute, as it is on the pictures from the booking. Very nice location in Vela Luka, lots of restaurants near by. It has a fridge on the common area that everyone can use, this was very nice touch. There is a parking close by. Side note, better to have a small car, the streets are very narrow."

"I stayed here with my wife and three sons (aged 8. 13, and 15). The Villa was beautiful overlooking the bay and had a lovely infinity pool which the boys would play in every day. It was well equipped and spacious. We were welcomed by the owner and they were kind enough to give us fruit, wine and water to welcome us. I would advise you to ask how the cooker hob works as we spent about an hour trying to work it out but that may have been just us being a bit daft! The best way to get to the centre of Vela Luka is by taxi boat. It is a small village but has all the amenities that you need such as bars, restaurants, small shops, and a pharmacy. There is also a larger supermarket on the outskirts if you need it. I would recommend staying there again and the villa made our first visit to Croatia all the more special!"

"The location of the accommodation is amazing. The bay is like a big pool and the sunbeds work out perfectly. The town is very close for evening meals, or you can eat at the restaurant on site, or self cater in the accommodations kitchen."

"This unit is definitely not as described and is not close to the level of other similarly priced units. We stayed in other areas of Croatia and the accommodations were much nicer than this one. The host is a very nice lady who greeted us with a few words of English and sugar cookies when we arrived, but this didn’t make up for the issues experienced during our stay. The space was described as an “apartment”, but it is more like bedrooms with a bathroom. The very small kitchen is located outside the unit along with a table, this was located in a common area with no privacy. There was a horrible smell from the drain everytime we used the faucet. No living room or family space. The main bathroom was ok. The second bathroom smelled worse than the kitchen and the shower door was difficult to open/close, so we never used that bathroom and just kept the door shut to limit the spread of any odor. The air conditioners provided were mini split wall units, except one bedroom didn’t have one. So the bedroom without the air conditioner was unusable as a bedroom with the severe heat wave."

"We loved this property and it was such a great location near downtown Vela Luka. It was ideal for our large family of 9 adults. There is a lot to do on the Island of Korcula and we rented two cars for two days for under 200 Euro total from Atlas Rentals near the ferry stop. We visited Korcula, with gorgeous water views and visited two wineries. We hit two beaches on separate days. Swimming in late May was a little cool, but still doable. The house had two roof top terraces and an interior courtyard open to the air above along with a huge family room. We had plenty of sleeping space or two couples and 5 single adult children. Bernard (owner) and Vjeko (local host) were awesome and had the best communication of any host on VRBO. Vjeko arranged bus transportation for all 9 of us to our final Croatian stop in Dubrovnik on the morning of our departure for 320 Euro, which I thought was a good deal given 9 travelers with luggage. We really enjoyed this home and can recommend it highly. Bill C."
