"Very pleased with the property and area. Ideally located for Burriana beach and Nerja town centre. Property has everything.. chairs & umbrellas for the beach and everything you could poss need in the kitchen. Didn’t use the pool during the stay, our children prefer the beach but was clean and a good size. Would happily stay here again on our next trip, thank you for having us. Host was very friendly, what a good find!"

"Well located property with a lovely sun terrace. However when we arrived the reception office was closed and the key was not in the lock box as we were told it would be. There were people in the office but they did not open the door until we called the owner. There is some nice outside furniture, but only two sunbeds both sadly in need of replacement. The outside shower tray also needs retiling, it looked so grotty we did not want to use it. At least 6 lightbulbs needed replacement and one of...

"Kitchen needs a little update with cooking equipment. A really comfy apartment. Plenty of clean towels and bedding. Super sun terraces very private. Bernard the owner very helpful ans told us best places to eat. Its very close to sea front, just short walk bout 10mins and centre of town the same. Would certainly recommend to all as best in area. "The apartment met all of our expectations, the view and location were excellent. The village was exceptionally clean and well maintained, the local bus stop into the town or beach is just outside the apartment entrance and the local Cave bar and restaurant was high quality at reasonable prices. Two supermarkets are within a 10 minute walk. Nerja is just a lovely rustic Spanish town so would highly recommend this apartment."

"We had a marvelous week at this beautiful 2BR flat in Nerja!! The home was absolutely immaculate and spotlessly clean. The deck w views of the beach was gorgeous. The beds were 4 star hotel comfortable. The kitchen had everything you need to make a delicious meal. Best of all it was 20 steps to Burriana Beach surrounded by the best restaurants (Pahuna Nepalese right around the corner! So delicious we ate there 3 times!) shops and bars. "Great stay, great property, great view and great service. However, description should be more clear about the extent of incline to the beach and also more realistic about distance to nerja. I am a regular competitive runner and cyclist and whilst the walk to nerja and the beach at buriana was no bother to me, for kids and anyone not very fit, after a couple of days and in heat this would be a challenge and would be unpleasant. "We (3 adults) had a great stay for 9 nights. Tom was extremely responsive to any questions. There is still some construction going on next door but we got used to it and it really didn’t bother us at all. The wifi was strong enough to support zoom calls with multiple participants. Loved sitting outside on balcony or rooftop. Would definitely stay here again if back in the area."

"Spent 3 weeks at Maria’s apartment with my wife, my son and his wife and our 2 grand children. The apartment was spacious and well equipped. The swimming pool had a life guard and was always well kept. The location is exceptional, close to the beach, restaurants and groceries. Maria is a great owner and was always available if we had any questions. Thanks"

"The very large property is beautifully landscaped and maintained, peaceful and quiet. A 10 minute walk to two major supermarkets. Our villa in Capistrano was outstanding for a 2 week stay. It was very well stocked with everything a family would need to live and cook at home. Extra space-heaters were welcome during the single digit morning temperatures. "This is an apartment hotel and as such there is quite a lot of self-service i.e. getting luggage to the room etc. The accommodation is spacious, kitchen is well-equipped for European guests. (No kettle for the English) also nothing provided in the way of tea, cofee, washing up liquid so bring your own. Breakfast is a very good buffet selection in lovely surroundings. "This place was great value for money. A short €1 bus ride to lots of bars, restaurants nice beaches. Very friendly staff and the grounds were well tended. Didn't get any maid service during our stay and I thought it was a bit cheeky to have to pay for sun loungers. It's a very hilly area so some people may struggle but overall a great getaway with some beautiful scenery "
