La pomme de douche ne tient pas en place, la plaque de finition de la douche est cassée et il y a une grande tache décolorée dans la douche. Le canapé-lit n’a pas de couette, mais simplement une couverture dans une housse de couette. La moquette est sale. Ce n’est pas ce que nous attendons d’un établissement quatre étoiles."

"Review asks about breakfast - there was no breakfast nor we did expect it. The apartment had everything we needed despite minor things (towel warmer didn’t work, room tv did not work). It was clean, air conditioned. The luggage storage was definitely the honor system as all your luggage is accessible to others storing it. My only real complaint is that the 4pm check in is really brutal and they don’t let you in a minute early. I would’ve paid to be able to get in earlier. The no front desk makes...
