They also contacted us before our stay to ask if it was for a particular occasion, and even left a small surprise for our arrival! The hotel itself is in a lovely location, with a short 10 minute walk to the nearest tram station"

"The apartment was small but well organized, maximizing the use of the space. Having a parking space right underneath the apartment was great, and the grocery store in the same building was great too. Another positive was the availability of an elevator, which helped with the luggage. The area itself is not interesting for tourists but a tram stop is a block away which takes you to the historic center in 10 minutes. It is important to note that the apartment does not have an AC, so if you go in...

"Our flight was cancelled and I booked late in the evening. Richard was very helpful and me got everything sorted very quickly despite the time. Thank goodness else we would have had to spend the night at the airport. So thank you"
