I had a last minute delay and they refunded my first night even though it was past the cut-off date. I stayed an extra night, but there was a misunderstanding that they didn't get that I wanted to stay 2 extra nights. The manager was very helpful and found me a place to stay for the extra night. "Arrived around 11pm, they was no staff member on site but the have a very clear telephone number on the door and the staff member helped straight away over the phone. I loved the room and the bathroom, however it will be nice if the owner can put a kettle, selection of coffee/tea and a cup for hot beverages in the room. "

"Penzion has cool check-in system without even reaching the reception by inserting the key code to get the keys for the room. My standard room was cozy enough and good for sleeping. Only downside that Wi-Fi signal was very low in my room and also one power socket was broken but that´s acceptable for me all these things. Also the service was helpful all along as I was booking it few hours before. Area was very quiet and that´s a one plus as well. I would say proper 8/10 is a great value for this...
