Very friendly, accommodating and easy to get in touch with. The only thing I would critique is the stocking of the kitchen. For the price, I would've expected better utensils and kitchen gadgets. "Such a beautiful, clean and comfortable stay. The view was unbelievable. We were lucky enough to see the top of Arenal Volcano for 3 days straight which we heard is incredibly rare! Perfect location, everything was near, including La Fortuna restaurants, Hot Springs, La Fortuna waterfall, night walk tour. my kids were comfortable in their own room and enjoyed access to Netflix on the TV's to unwind after a long day. "This was our first time in La Fortuna and we loved the location of this rental home. It was about 15 minutes from downtown and had amazing views with beautiful gardens. The pool with Arenal in the background was breathtaking. However, we didn’t realize that only the bedrooms in this rental would have AC with the main part of the house (kitchen and living room) being more like a screened in porch.
