Friendly staff. Very clean. Great location

After taking walking tours for eight days, we were pretty tired and our feet were sore. Being able to sit back in the pool/spa was a welcome relief. The hotel included spa robes and slippers which greatly enhanced the experience. It was worth every penny to stay there!

Clean, quiet location. Easy to get to Strasbourg by a tram which is only five min drive from hotel. Parking at tram station easy. Cost of all day parking and ticket for two of us to the city and back was only 4.20 euros. Breakfast was good, costs 17 euro and was worth it Nice and very helpful staff Big rooms

My friends and I enjoyed our stay at Hotel Les Haras. The staff was wonderful and very helpful. I made a mistake and only booked one room vs. two that was needed and they were quick to fix the problem with out any hassle.

This hotel is fabulous and convenient to the Christmas markets. We really enjoyed our stay. The Christmas tree in our room was a bonus.

Great location, nice staff, rooms are a little small but not a problem. Overall very good. I like the African decor.

This was a great hotel! Mom and Pop feel. We checked in late around 8pm and still were able to grab a bit eat their restaurant which served an excellent dinner with a cold beer. Price of food was very good also. Room was very spacious, when I booked I only had one option (small room) but they showed me the bigger room which I took on the spot. Tram to city center stops around the corner. Hotel has a small bar, breakfast area and friendly English speaking staff. Stayed there for 5 days for work and pleasure.

The hotel is in a lovely part of town right across from a Cathedral and the river - wonderful view. The building itself was very nice and well kept. The staff spoke numerous languages without problem. We were really glad we stayed do close to Petit France so we could easily return to the room and go back out to see more sights. The bathroom was actually REALLY nice, very new, clean and well appointed. The only parking available was street parking which was kind of a pain but it all worked...

Staff at this hotel are friendly. The breakfast is your typical continental breakfast. Pastries, lunch meat cuts and cheese. The coffee machine could make lattes and espresso in addition to regular coffee. The elevators were both out of service on Sunday when we left, only one was working our entire stay. Location is prime for train travel.
