"don't stay here"

"A taste of French country life (on a vineyard/olive oil farm). Excellent breakfast. Make sure you pay attention to your GPS as is in the countryside (although 5 min to the town of Venelles with multiple restaurants)."

"L’emplacement près de la gare et le vieux Aix."

"This five-star hotel lived up to its rating. From the arrival greeting with a glass of rose wine to the timely services of the concierge, the attention to detail was thorough. The views from our prestige suite rooms were truly amazing. We wish we had more time to spend on the property and facilities given the level of service we experienced. We had a wonderful dinner at La Source, the same location used for breakfasts."

"Comme toujours chez IBIS"

"Super bonito, limpio, muy bien ubicado, personal muy amable, todo fue perfecto! 100% recomendable"

"Hôtel très propre très bien olave"

"The location really makes this an excellent stay. The rooms and decor absolutely match the photos you see online but there are some weird design choices in the room that are a bit inefficient—like doors bumping into each other, pillows that aren’t really large enough for sleeping, and mismatch curtains? The staff were professional, warm, quick and helpful. Location excellent, What’s offered on paper is pretty great but sorta falls short in person. Feels like the hotel is trying to be five stars...

"Our room wasn’t ready when we arrived, but the staff offered up a drink while the room was readied. Very nice and responsive in addressing the problem. The fire alarm went off around 7 am our first morning. Went on for a good 10 minutes. Annoying but ultimately a non-event. No explanation was given; no contact from the staff. We still don’t know what happened. The room was clean and the facility was safe. Would stay here again"

"We have amazing stay at this place! Junior suite it’s excellent for a family . Great service! I highly recommend this hotel!"

"Great location. Easy access to highways. Breakfast was underwhelming. Camille at the front desk, was the highlight of the stay. Friendly, knowledgeable and helpful would be the first accolades I would offer her! She made the stay!"

"Room is clean but smelled like vinegar when we go in. Had to air it out. The AC doesn’t go very low so gets warm at night. The shower set up was interesting because there’s nothing keeping water from splashing. Pool is nice. The hotel is outside of the old town but walkable to the center so it was nice."
