"Giorgos was a great host and made our stay amazing! He was very responsive and checked in with us via message throughout our stay! The location of the property is in the heart of it all, making walking everywhere so easy! Giorgos provided us with many recommendations for food, villages and beaches and they did not disappoint! "My husband and I stayed at the Palazzo di Pietro for 4 nights. It was a charming and beautiful place. The owner checked us in and took the time to explain the area and provided a map and recommendations. We were welcomed with fresh fruits and a bottle of wine. Our room was located in heart of Chania old town, literally steps from the beautiful harbor. I highly recommend Palazzo di Pietro, you will not be disappointed. "

"First thing to know is that a cab does not pull up to the hotel as the area is restricted to vehicles. Mind you it’s not a far walk, but we came in by bus from Heraklion and it took us a bit to find the hotel and we had a few suitcases to lug with us. Thankfully the wheels did not fall off😂. Our room was small so we requested an upgrade and they were very accommodating. We had a balcony and really enjoyed sipping some wine and absorbing the energy. Location is prime, walking distance to everything. There is a small elevator there which is a bonus. Overall a nice enjoyable experience "

"On arrival the reception staff were very helpful, explaining all we needed to know. We asked for a few extra bits in the room and help with the aircon and nothing was any problem they dealt with it all and very quickly. Everywhere seemed very clean. The staff at breaks were very polite and helpful and also made time to talk to people. Even down to when last day leaving we went to collect our bag/case and was told "we have showers if you wish yo get changed into different clothes for your flight " which we have never been offered before in hotels."

Best stay in Chania

"The place was beautiful and our room was spotless. The view of the Chania water front from our balcony was the best. The staff was very helpful and attentive to our needs. If available you can request a parking spot in the garage for nominal fee. Also walking distance to the Old Town Chania and Old Venetian Port of Chania .We will stay again!"
