They were friendly, helpful and professional. The room was lovely and well maintained, the restaurant was delicious and so atmospheric and the hammam perfect. The Sunna and steam room were really good, I had a great time using the gym as well. The breakfast was good but sometimes left cold. In general, its was a good stay.
