"Die Unterkunft war sehr sauber und schön eingerichtet. Die Nachbarn waren auch alle sehr freundlich. Der Service der Regarda war auch sehr gut. Es wurde immer sofort und freundlich auf Fragen geantwortet. Allerdings hat der Online-Check-In bei uns nicht funktioniert. Dies war aber auch kein wirkliches Problem, da wir es ohne Umstände per WhatsApp abgewickelt haben. "jolie maison qui demande un ménage à fond. Avons trouvé beaucoup de poussière sur les hauts des armoires et intérieur de tête de lit matrimonial. Il y aurait le très lourd tapis à jeter, car sent le moisi.Avons trouvé sous ce tapis des petits scorpions morts, dont un vivant. Les poêles devraient étre changées, usure importante du teflon. Mention four et grille-pain à enlever du détail, car inexistants. Bref, joli endroit."

"Nice modern hotel in Venice without being downtown. A short 5 minute walk to the people mover or water buses to take you to city center only about a 10 minute ride. The room ,although small, was adequate with a large step in shower. Free wi fi and breakfast although the breakfast was not to my liking. Powdered eggs and hardly cooked bacon not for me. The facility is spotless and there is a restaurant and bar on premises. Easy check in and out with a helpful staff. Room was very quiet even on the ground floor so we slept very well. Just know that there is nothing within walking distance around the hotel. It is a commercial area. No other places of interest or restaurants. You have to go into Venice. I would recommend this facility. It is fairly priced."
