"Great location, right off the square to avoid crowds. Gondola is organized by front staff for you and comes right to hotel so you avoid the lines. Breakfast was excellent. Bar was staffed by professional bartender. Would easily stay there again! (Donnylo at the front counter was exceptional)"

"Location is not the best however the staff are very helpful and that’s what made the trip for us. It’s hard travelling with a kid as the amenities are lacking- eg there are no kettles in the room and had to walk to another building to get drinking hot water for my child."
