New apartment in the heart of Venice. Close to the most important attractions of the city but far from the confusion of tourist flows, in a super-strategic position. Totally restored!
The apartment is located on the first floor of a large 16th century building. Consisting of double bedroom, full bathroom with shower, living room. In the living room French sofa bed and single sofa bed in the bedroom. Possibility to add a single bed. Underfloor heating. TV and WIFI.
Sheets and towels included.
The living room is equipped with a kitchenette (stove, oven, dishwasher, fridge with freezer, microwave) and dining table.
It is not a bed & breakfast. Guests will be offered a small welcome kit. Guests will then have to buy everything they need for their stay.
ATTENTION: Air conditioning will be available from mid-June to mid-September.
CHECK IN:
At the discretion of the host, check-in will take place with a personal meeting at the apartment from 15:00 to 20:00 or independently following the instructions. After 20:00 it will take place exclusively through SELF CHECK-IN.
Guests must communicate their place and time of arrival within 2 days before the arrival date. In case of no communication, access to the room will not be guaranteed.
SELF CHECK-IN RULES
Guests must communicate their data before arrival for registration at the police headquarters. Without sending the data, the numeric keypad code will not be released to access the accommodation.
CHECK-OUT
By 10:00 am, luggage is not allowed in the room
Before arrival, guests must pay the city tax by bank transfer or Pay Pal account to an account that will be indicated:
Low season from 01/01/2018 to 31/01/2018 € 2.80 per person per night and 1.40 € per person per night from 10 to 16 years of age.
High season from 01/02/2018 to 31/12/2018 € 4.00 per person per night and 2.00 € per person per night from 10 to 16 years of age.
Before arrival, we will ask guests to provide their identification data for registration with the Italian police. The data must be sent electronically to the police by the host within 24 hours of the guest's arrival.
The data will be treated in compliance with privacy and will be used exclusively for security reasons.
