Really comfortable place to stay. Great location and made it easy to get where we needed to go. Staff was very friendly and helpful. I would stay here again.
Hotel is centrally located in a nice neighborhood, walking distance to the train station, 5 minutes to the water bus, and 20 minutes to St. Mark’s basilica. Very nice breakfast and friendly staff.
The room was great perfect for our stay. It was in a nice and quiet section of Venice. The staff especially the receptionist was great. She was very friendly and super helpful with directions and ideas of places to see and places to eat.
The location was ideal, not far from the train station, yet not too close to the noisy tourist areas. The boat stop was a short walk and the property was very nice.
This is a beautiful and cozy property. You can tell it is a historical building but it is very well maintained.
The staff are very kind and helpful.
I also really liked the location. It's close to the major sites, but still in a quiet neighborhood. There are several restaurants to choose from that are very closeby, as well as a small grocery store and gelato stand.
It's even easy to find as you just need to follow the yellow signs to get to the natural history museum which is right across the walkway.
Our favourite hotel out of our 3 week trip! Fabulous & helpful staff with great communication before & during our trip. Huge suite that was spotless & gorgeously decorated with well running, quiet AC. Comfy beds & loved the extra touches of slippers & a spare adapter plug. Surprise balcony in our room to sit out and enjoy the interior courtyard. All this topped off by a delicious breakfast every morning- my teenage daughter & I would wholeheartedly recommend this hotel & stay here again.
This charming hotel is perfect for a stay in Venice! We were there during a terrible heat wave, but the room was cool and the breakfast was delish. The rooms are charming, and the hotel is an easy walk from the train station (even in the blazing heat with luggage). The hotel staff were the warmest we encountered on our whole trip — recommending cicchetti spots that were off the beaten path, explaining the hotel-provided paper map, and more. Extremely high level of customer service.
Great breakfast, awesome cappuccino. The eggs were cooked well with bacon and many other muffins.Very clean, beautiful place to eat your breakfast.Looking out the window over the canal friendly staff. We will come back again and again. We will make babies here.
This hotel has a nice location, a comfortable walk from the train station, central, the staff were very nice and helpful, giving us great local ideas for restaurants and places to visit, clean, fresh, easy to use, artfully decorated rooms with high ceilings, breakfast was outstanding, great coffee, would certainly stay here again.
An amazing trip made even better by such wonderful hosts! So helpful, kind and generous. Clean and tidy rooms and a great breakfast! A great location, quiet and away from the hustle and bustle but close enough to walk everywhere. Would 100% recommend here!
