This newly updated non-smoking home is located in Venice Florida. Enjoy the pool in your private backyard and you are just minutes from Venice’s pristine beautiful beaches with plenty of sharks teeth to hunt. House is located in a family friendly neighborhood with multiple golf courses close by for you to choose from. This two bedroom home offers one king size bed and one queen bed. There is also a daybed off the comfortable living room for an extra guest. The back porch is full of windows for a bright and airy feel. It also includes a table for eating. The kitchen comes fully stocked with the amenities you will need during your stay and a cute dining room is located off the kitchen. Washer and dryer provided. Cable and WiFi included. Perfect Vacation

Perfect family get away

we had a wonderful stay at Angie and Dan’s home. Check in and out were simple, the heated pool was fantastic, the house was clean and roomy. We were a short drive to many restaurants, stores, and beaches in a quiet neighborhood. We hope to visit again!

Great location for outdoor activities. Jetty, Pier, Bike Trails, Shopping and Restaurants. Must check out the Pineapple Tequila and Darrell’s.

This is a beautiful home! Well taken care of and very clean! We enjoyed the pool and backyard! We’ve been to Venice twice in the last couple months and can’t wait to go back again! We will definitely be coming back to Dan and Angies house!

Relaxing and comfortable

I rent this property for our christmas vacation. House was so clean and decorated very well. It was relaxing to be in a priviate swimming pool, and get tan in december. Angie and Dan are really kind hosts. Thanks for your hospitality. I will be there again.

Dan & Angie were fantastic hosts for our stay from December 27-January 3. The house was very clean when we arrived. Heated pool was great to use and Dan made sure the temperature of the water was right. Couldn't have asked for a better place to stay. Neighborhood is very quiet as well. It Was The Best

If you are considering this property, just book it now; you will not regret it. The home was even better than the photos. The home is thoughtfully stocked with lots of towels, beach towels, beach chairs, beach umbrella. The lot is huge, the neighborhood is quiet, the pool is fantastic. We rented bikes and rode a lot. This is a great area for biking and beaching. Angela was easy to reach, checked on us a time or two; she was really great. We were really able to relax and enjoy our time to the fullest. Thank you, Angela and Dan, for a fantastic place to vacation!

Fabulous rental

Only been gone four days and I miss it so much. Angie and Dan are absolutely great. We enjoyed our four weeks so they are so much. The pool was so relaxing and the water was nice and warm. We spend some time there just about every day. The house is so well stocked with all the essentials. The neighborhood is nice and quiet, and the backyard is very secluded, and at the same time you are no more than a mile away from anything you might need and some beautiful restaurants and beaches and places to watch the sunset I wish that we could come back next year because this would absolutely be our number one place to go to thanks again Angie and Dan you went above and beyond to make it a wonderful place to stay
